Town of Bowling Green Service Line Material Survey

Dear Customer,

The EPA's Lead and Copper Rule Revisions requires that all water systems in the United States complete an inventory of the materials used in our drinking water service lines, including the customer-owned portion. 

The diagram below illustrates a typical drinking water service line. Note that your private, customer service line begins at the water meter and ends when it enters the front of your home or building. Your private service line is often made of copper or plastic and is not part of the internal plumbing inside your building.

We need your help to complete this important task. If you know the material of your private service line, please complete the survey below and return it when you pay your next bill. In addition, the survey can be submitted electronically by taking a clear picture of the completed form and sending it to the email address at the bottom of the form or by completing the form online by scanning the QR code.
